This Hamilton 992 pocket watch looked pristine, but was plagued with issues! Some of the issues we repair: a bent hairspring, a shattered jewel, worn pivots on multiple wheels, misshapen setting lever, and timing washers. In this video, you'll learn how to use a staking set and a jewel press. You will also learn how to how manipulate a hairspring and to use timing washers to address a watch that is gaining too much time. This watch was purchased in a lot of 3 pocket watches.
