In this qi gong workshop session, Mimi guides us through some small intestine and pericardium practices. The session is from a London Insight Meditation retreat day with Mimi Kuo-Deemer, which took place in May 2026. _____________________________ MIMI KUO-DEEMER Mimi Kuo-Deemer, MA, is the author of Qigong and the Tai Chi Axis and Xiu Yang: The Ancient Chinese Art of Self-Cultivation. A sixth-generation lineage holder in Baguazhang, she teaches qigong, meditation, and internal martial arts. She draws inspiration from Buddhist and Daoist teachings, focusing on how movement and embodiment can become vehicles for living these philosophies. Authorized to teach Insight Meditation by Martin Aylward, she supports students to shift beyond conceptual understandings into lived experience. Born in the United States, she lived in China for 13 years before settling in the British countryside with her husband and their dog, three cats, 6 chickens, and 60,000 bees.
