His work has influenced many fields ranging from electrical engineering to conginitive science and design. Additionally, he is the co-founder and principal of the User Experience/Usability consulting firm, The Nielsen Norman Group. We once more host Don Norman for the 10th year anniversary of the Design Lab at Koç University. He widens our perspectives about his new book, Design for a Better World: Meaningful, Sustainable, Humanity Centered, and we discuss about the status quo and future possibilities of design.
