Design/Simulation of Simple Interferometer in ZEMAX
In this video, we designed a simple interferometer using ZEMAX. To design a simple interferometer you need, 1- Source 2- Beamsplitters (B1, B2) 3- Mirrors(M1, M2) Beamsplitter B1 will split the rays coming from the source (50%T/50%R) then both the reflected and transmitted rays strike at the mirrors M1, M2 and both reflected rays are recombined using other beamsplitter B2. The interference pattern is observed on the detector screen.
