Leadership Talk by Diamond Ritika Roy | How to have consistency in your Business Since childhood Ritika was very ambitious. She was doing many things to earn money, but none of them was a permanent solution. She realized that she had become Jack of many trades, but master of none. Her daughter had some health issues and this was the reason why she came in touch with this business opportunity. Talking about why she decided to build this business she says, "Rewards in this business are just like colours of a rainbow. You chose one colour and all come together. Same like we chose the health benefit and today I am free from job, earning good income and I have enjoyed six to seven international trips."
