The Lazy Cook's Guide to Feeding Your Family on Tired Nights | Slow Living

I'm sharing the four strategies that have actually worked for me over years of tired evenings — no Sunday meal prep marathons, no complicated systems, no guilt. Just practical, slow-living solutions for getting dinner on the table when you have nothing left to give. What we cover: cooking once and eating twice (and why freezing leftovers feels like magic), building your faster-than-delivery list, stocking a lazy pantry with the right staples, and the appliances that do the work so you don't have to. Cook on slow for 8 hours.
