I used to be someone who didn't eat breakfast, but now I find it easier to have breakfast because I've settled on a fixed menu of two tomatoes and a glass of soy milk. Eating breakfast helps me wake up and I don't get too hungry before lunch, so that's a good thing too. These days, I still have snacks, but I'm making an effort to eat three balanced meals a day for my health! I recently visited Eunpyeong Hanok Village again, and I would highly recommend it to foreign travelers visiting Korea. Just walking around there can lift your spirits. It's even better if you can visit on a weekend. I also went to the Daelim Museum and tried making yakgwa (Korean honey cookies). It was so nice to enjoy them at home with my family. It might be challenging to make yakgwa as a snack regularly, but I'm thinking of giving it a try at least once.
