This is an Aikido interview with Jan Nevelius Shihan (6th Dan) who lives in Stockholm and is an internationally known teacher of Aikido. He also practises reiki, qiqong and is holding lectures at Stockholm University amongst others about stress reduction, oriental body knowledge and asian medicine.
