PART 2: Cleaning a Delphi Injector on a Renault K9K Engine We'll see how to disassemble, clean, and reassemble an injector with just a few tools. We'll see what it looks like inside and what parts it has. What usually gets damaged is the return valve and, to a lesser extent, the nozzle. In Part 3, we'll replace injectors 1 and 4 with used ones. We'll clean them with degreaser and WD40 (without ultrasound), and we'll perform a return test upon completion. We'll also see the results of replacing the nozzle alone on injector 1, which is the one making the noise.
