Panantukan - Corelation of empty hand and blade

In this video we show how the empty hand systems of the Filipino Martial Arts will often follow the lines of the blade. In many traditional systems the weapons sets are often seen as advanced parts of the art. In the Filipino Martial Arts the weapons will be taught first or at the same time as the empty hands. The weapons will often help to teach the mechanics of the empty hands and also improve many of the attributes needed for the empty hand system.
