GREEN PULAO BIRYANI Ingredients Rice boiled with salt 750 gm Mutton 750 gm Oil ½ cup Onion chopped 2 Potatoes cut in cubes and fried 4 Yogurt whipped 1 ½ cup Cashew nuts ground 4 tbsp Ginger garlic 1 tbsp Coriander leaves 1 cup Green chilies 15 Coconut ¼ cup Salt 1 ½ tsp Allspice 1 tsp Milk ½ cup saffron ½ tsp kewra 1 tsp Brown onion ½ cup METHOD Grind together ginger garlic, coriander leaves, green chilies, coconut and chopped onion, allspice to a fine paste, and marinate your mutton in this for 2 hours. Heat oil, add brown onion, add marinated mutton with salt, yogurt, cashew nuts, 2 cups water, cover and cook till mutton done and thick gravy left.
