Are you ready to dance? Put on your favorite hipscarf and dance with me! I am 57 years old and i looooove bellydance, it gives my spirit joy and keeps my body healthy. It helps me going through menopause. My dance style is Egyptian. I like the moves to be small, gentle and soft. I teach beginners friendly bellydance classes in the Netherlands. This channel is for my (beginner) students ànd for you, to practice basic steps and (absolute) beginners bellydance technique. Its not for show or entertainment, just for bellydance students for workout & training. I am not claiming to be a Superstar, i know how to bellydance and i know you can bellydance too! No matter how old you are or the shape of your body. Bellydance is so much fun! I use a beauty filter to smooth my skin.
