BBSHD Eggrider Display Upgrade Review/ Up your game!

After 200 miles of using the eggrider, I weigh in with my thoughts. First off, it is amazing to be able to program your controller from your phone vs having to to do it via computer hardwired. Displays Wh/per mile consumption in realtime. Takes up much less real estate on handlebars. Info can be difficult to read w/o the phone app. Tells you actual battery life info like actual voltage (seems pretty accurate) and percentage left. Keeps logs of past rides and logs all data about each ride. Cost about $100 as of late 2018 Note that this unit will not save your odometer reading if don't power the unit down from its own power button.I found this out after riding for a few months and my odometer reading was the same! it was because I was turning my bike off by flipping the battery button off, killing power to everything. so in order to save your odometer reading the unit has to do a proper shut down. www.johnnynerdout.com
