I took the 10 foot Jon Boat Alumacraft down to the river to run the river and see how this boat does up and downstream. This little boat surprised me by running shallow and seeing just how fast this mud motor will take this boat. The Mud motor has been upgraded from the 212 6.5 horsepower to around 9 horsepower, and has the beef to push this boat all around. This is almost a mud motor review on a jon boat.
