Russia has accused Ukraine of terrorism over what it says are escalating attacks on shipping in the Sea of Azov, a route that handles around a quarter of its grain exports. According to Ukraine's drone forces commander, Ukrainian drones struck 11 Russian vessels overnight. Kyiv claims the targets included five tankers, five dry cargo vessels and one tugboat.
