We're celebrating because it's my husband's birthday, so we're going to eat at a new Asian buffet that we've been dying to try. 🍣 We're also running errands: we stop by Action, Bazar, and finally Rossmann looking for a hair product, and we make a great purchase of an exclusive product at Lidl (a sushi roll that we try together that night, and I'll give you my verdict). I also find a little time to assemble some new side tables from Action to continue adding touches to the house. 🛠️ And to finish with an unbeatable flavor, we're heading into the kitchen to make some homemade jam buns (one strawberry and one apricot) that turn out super fluffy. 🍓🥐 RECIPE: Dough 120 g all-purpose flour 150 g bread flour 45 ml lukewarm milk 3.5 g dried yeast 40 g sugar 10 g honey 40 g butter, at room temperature 1 egg (at room temperature) 4 g salt For the filling 200 g jam For the topping 1 egg yolk 1–2 teaspoons milk (for brushing) Powdered sugar for dusting Which room do you think has undergone the most radical transformation?
