Carcinoma squamoso della cute, cemiplimab primo trattamento per le forme avanzate

There are important developments in the treatment of squamous cell carcinoma of the skin, the second most common type of skin cancer. In most cases, this cancer results from excessive exposure to UV rays from the sun or tanning beds. The developments stem from a study conducted with a new immunotherapy, cemiplimab, the first immuno-oncology treatment for patients with advanced squamous cell carcinoma of the skin.
