Matt Allwright hears from Joe and Giles, leaseholders in high-rise buildings in London and Manchester, about how building insurance costs soared after fire safety defects were discovered after Grenfell. A review by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) also discovered that freeholders and managing agents were raking in commissions on the inflated insurance costs.
