Regarding the seats, I believe my comment "the public doesn't mind the change too much" was misinterpreted. I'll acknowledge that A LOT of people disliked the change to the 10 abreast seating, but a few of us ALSO enjoy the new upgrades that came with the new seats (from what I saw on flyer forums). My comment was also meant to hint at the fact that 10-abreast seating is the standard now, and it's something that we're just getting used to (whether we like it or not unfortunately :/ ).
