This video is a walkthrough tour of The Corfe, which is a five bedroom detached house from Persimmon Homes. I like the interior design in this show home because there is a lot of subtle detail and texture in the choices the interior designer or interior stylist made. This home includes a decent sized garden (for a new build) and a double garage. There's plenty of space for a medium to larged size family as there are two seperate reception rooms as well as the open plan kitchen, breakfast and family room. It also has a separate utility room that leads to the garden and can be used as a mudroom for little ones coming in from the garden. On this development in Kettering, Persimmon use a brick and block method of construction, so they have moved away from the controversial timber framed/non-standard build construction.
