A Caribbean classic featuring coconut cream, fresh pineapple juice, and a splash of rum. You can use either light or dark rum, or a combination of both. Shaked versions, served over crushed ice, and blended versions, served as a frozen granita, are popular. In this episode, you'll learn how to make the drink at home by shaking it in a jar. Crush the ice using a board, a masher, and a cotton cloth. I'll replace the hard-to-find coconut cream with a simple, homemade alternative.
