This is my most intense version for experienced Wim Hof ​​breathers. Controlled hyperventilation enriches your circulation with much more oxygen in the short term, while your CO2 concentration is significantly reduced. After the breathing pause, which increases in length with each round, take as deep a breath as you can and hold your breath for another 10 seconds. You can do this breathing while lying down or sitting. Important: Even if the breathing rhythm is fast and a bit strenuous for you, try to stay as relaxed as possible.
