Fermented Dill Green Beans—So EASY!!

Description Skip the pressure cooker!! I’m bringing you along to the garden to harvest some fresh green beans, dill and red onion and then head to the kitchen to process them—without a single minute of canning. There is something incredible about the crunch of a fermented bean. By using a simple brine, fresh dill from the garden, and savory onion, we’re creating a food that’s not only delicious but packed with probiotics. It’s an easy, low-stress way to preserve the summer harvest that keeps the beans vibrant and snappy. In this video, I’ll show you: How I prep my garden-fresh beans for the best texture. The simple salt-brine ratio I use for perfect fermentation every time. Why I prefer this method over traditional water-bath canning. I hope this inspires you to give fermentation a try.
