How agents and occupational rehabilitation providers support recovery and return to work

In this Health and Safety Month webinar we learn about the variety of professionals, services and supports that can help injured workers in their recovery and support them, and their employer, facilitate a safe, sustainable return to work. These include case managers at WorkSafe's authorised agents and Occupational Rehabilitation (OR) providers. In this session a Mobile Case Manager and an OR provider outlines their respective roles in the process and the often complementary services each provides to help injured workers achieve their best health and return to work outcomes.
