Well that's easy and cheap in this video we show you how to get from JFK Terminal 7 to midtown Manhattan using the Airtrain and subway for a cost of $11.40 We travel from terminal 7 to Jamaica on the airtrain and then the subway using the E train and changing at queens plaza to the R train and getting off at 49th st Its cheap and easy, the cost of the airtrain is $8.50 and subway is $2.90 as of May 2025. We also used the subway for the $34.00 max for 7 days.
