House Flip: Blue Bungalow (Part 1—Cleaning, renovating and painting)

I decided to do it a bit different this time and have—mostly—left the rooms as they came. I knocked down one or two walls, to open the place a bit more, but that’s it. I even mowed the lawn this time! I’m going to attempt to do some kind of garden/outdoor area in the next part. I’ve never actually done that before with any flip that I’ve done, so it will be a new thing for me.
