SAKELOG 1 This is the beginning of the SAKELOG. In order to hone my skills as a new Kikisakeshi (Sake Sommelier), I decided to document my journey to discover the beautiful craft of Nihonshu. I'll mostly be making videos reviewing and talking about Nihonshu, but occasionally I will be making videos about other Japanese Alcohol as well as International ones.
