The Mobiprof UP-35x35.07 profile forming machine is designed for the production of "corner" profiles used as garden bed legs. The blanks for the profiles must be of a specific width, pre-cut into strips of the required length, and rolled into a roll (strip). Galvanized steel, including polymer-coated steel, is used for rolling. The machine is equipped with a punching die and a hydraulic guillotine (stationary cutter) for cutting the profiles to specified lengths at the machine exit. The profile length, number of profiles, and hole pitch are set on the operator panel of the automatic control system. The finished profiles are produced with a length accuracy of +/- 1 mm.
