The OBC Commission is set to submit its report regarding the reservation of OBC seats to the state government on August 5. Subsequently, the process of seat reservation and the lottery draw will be completed between August 6 and August 15. The detailed schedule for the urban local body elections will be released on August 17. Nominations will open on August 22, and the entire election process for urban local bodies will be concluded by September 20.
