Hong Kong Airport Express at Night 港鐵機場快線夜間行車片段

This is a video of me taking the MTR Airport Express to the Airport for my flight back to the UK. The journey took just under 24 minutes, stopping at Kowloon (九龍, 02:40) and Tsing Yi (青衣 10:00) Stations along the way. I have finally found a way to greatly reduce glare from the windows when shooting through them at night, so it was time to take out my action camera! However, there will still be glare from the platform screen doors when the train has stopped at a station. Oh, I regret to inform you that MTR has finally increased Airport Express fares for the first time ever. A 30 day return ticket between the Airport and Hong Kong now costs $205, a 14% increase from the original price of $180. However, it is still one of the best ways for someone who is not an expert in Hong Kong transport to travel to and from the airport, given the free hotel shuttles from Kowloon and Hong Kong Stations and the in-town check in service provided at those stations. As always, I alighted on the Terminal 2 side of the airport, since queues are shorter at immigration. In fact, as long as you have your boarding pass, it does not matter which Terminal you go airside through.
