This is actually a very awkward song to play, even though it sounds more straightforward than most tracks on the album. The alternating rhythmic groupings between the right and left foot turn it into a bit of a challenge. That's why I look so focused in the video, this wasn't the first take and not even the first session trying to record it properly 😬 The main riff itself is a great exercise not only for coordination, but also for developing the feel and independence of the left foot, which for many players isn't used to being the lead.
