2003 Grand Caravan - Replace driver's side master window switch

My driver's side window stopped working. One day it was fine, and the next, it was stuck closed. The master switch works for the passenger's side window, and both rear side windows. I thought that perhaps the switch/button controlling the driver's side window had gone bad. I ordered a used switch assemble on E-bay. This video shows me taking out the original switch that I thought was bad, and testing the new E-bay switch. Unfortunately, the window also didn't work with the new switch. Looks like the switch is not the problem. The problem may be the motor inside the door.
