Eating Breakfast at the World’s Most Incredible Place - Giraffe Manor

This might be the most surreal hotel experience in the world. We spent one unforgettable night at Giraffe Manor, where giraffes freely roam the property — sticking their heads through windows, walking into doorways, and joining guests during breakfast. The experience was fully all-inclusive, with lunch on arrival, dinner that evening, spa access, and the famous giraffe breakfast the next morning — where we fed giraffes directly from the table. Each room is stocked with special giraffe feed, and once the lights come on in the morning, the giraffes are drawn to the windows like a beacon. Watching these massive animals appear at sunrise is something I’ll never forget. We also visited the on-site conservation center to learn about efforts to protect endangered giraffes, and during dinner the staff surprised my friend Mike with a traditional African birthday celebration — a genuinely emotional moment.
