Making Bee Balm
Today I'm making a lovely homemade lotion -- "bee balm" -- that leaves your dry skin feeling moisturized and sealed and soft, without reapplying over and over. Learn how to make it in your own kitchen! Plus ... you get to meet Beau! Recipe for Bee Balm Melt in a double boiler: 4 oz. olive oil 1 oz. beeswax 1 heaping tablespoon coconut oil 1/4 tsp. vit. E oil After removing from heat, add 12 drops grapefruit essential oil Cool until it is only barely pourable, and mix on medium speed with a hand mixer. This will be messy. Pour or spoon into a tub for daily use on any dry, chapped skin.
