I Found The Most Traditional Emirati Wedding In The Ras Al Khaimah Mountains I was invited to experience a traditional Emirati mountain wedding in Ras Al Khaimah, deep in Wadi GALILAH and this is something not everyone gets to see. In this video, I’m showing you a real side of the UAE where culture, food, and community all come together in one place. From the moment you arrive, you feel it. The mountains, the people, the energy… and one of the most powerful traditions you’ll hear is Al Nadba a strong chant where one voice leads and everyone responds. It might sound intense, but it’s a beautiful way of showing unity, pride, and celebration. You’ll also see traditional Emirati performances like Razif / Al Ayyala, where people gather, move together, and celebrate as one. And of course… the food. This is something on another level: Massive pots of rice cooked over fire Emirati harees slowly prepared for hours in underground And even a whole baby camel cooked underground, a special dish usually prepared for VIP guests Everything here is done with care, tradition, and respect from preparing the food to serving the guests. What I love most about this experience is seeing how the younger generation is still part of it, keeping these traditions alive. This is the UAE in its most authentic form.
