Philadelphia PHILLIES at New York METS 6/24/90 Original WWOR Broadcast

Game 3 of the 3 game series from Shea Stadium original WWOR-TV 9 Broadcast with Ralph Liner, Tim McCarver and Bill Robinson. Recorded and Digitalized off the original recorded VHS tapes later converted to DVD (cir.2002) and has been restored and up on my youtube time for the first time making its debut. Marvin Freeman gets the start for Philadelphia and Bobby Ojeda for New York. A dramatic walk off PH single in the ninth inning from Tim Teufel off former Met Roger McDowell has the Mets sweep the three game series. As the Mets continue to play great baseball since Bud Harrelson took over the manager job replacing Davey Johnson at the end of May. The original recorded game for some reason ends after the walk off..original recorded game has Kiners Korner but after numbers of attempts to add/upload to the Phenia Films archival page comes up short in the end and no Kiners Korner unfortunely at least the entire game is intact may have some missing pitches at the start of innings etc. Phillies 1B Carmelo Martinez knocks in 4 runs for Philadelphia including a 3 run HR off Bobby Owed in the 5th.
