SURYA.CO.ID, GRESIK - Five vehicles were involved in a fatal accident on Jalan Raya Tebaloan, Duduksampeyan, Gresik, Friday (April 3, 2026) at 6:28 a.m. WIB. The Innova with license plate number H 1257 GW was driven by Endro Jatmiko from Pati, Central Java. The Vario with license plate number S 5458 JAZ was driven by Masyhudi from Duduksampeyan, Gresik. The Supra X, driven by Ahmad Ridwan from Deket, Lamongan, died. The Beat with license plate number W 5337 GE was driven by Umu Khoiriyah from Lamongan. The other vehicle, a truck, has not yet been identified. The accident began when the Innova was traveling westward at moderate speed. The driver was not paying attention and was distracted. The Innova collided with the Beat, which was traveling in the same direction. The Innova hit the Vario and Supra X in front of it again, causing it to catch fire. The Innova continued driving, hitting an unknown truck in front of it. The Innova then went into a ditch beside the highway and finally came to a stop.
