HATTONS CLASS 66 – ‘ILLUMINATED MODELS’ LIGHTING UPGRADE When I got this 66 I immediately loved it. Yes there were issues, but one I couldn’t solve was that the markers were not working correctly. UNTIL NOW. A great little kit but it not only sorts out the light problem but creates a difference with the lights. There was a slight problem with one board, but the customer service from Illuminated Models was outstanding, Alex couldn’t have been any more helpful, simply stunning. (I was NOT paid to say these things). In this video I: Explain the problem with the factory release lighting. Demonstrate the how to remove the loco body. Refer to the instructions which explain to crack of the lighting ‘lens’. Explain the solder point on the loco and on the lighting board. Demonstrate what should happen to the lights with the body off. Showcase the lighting.
