It consisted of of DIRT Big Block Modified events being held at paved tracks. Other tracks that hosted events in this time included Sanair Super Speedway, Cayuga International, Oswego, and Nazareth. In addition to the biggest Modified stars of the day like Brett Hearn, Bob McCreadie, and Reggie Ruggerio, NASCAR Winston Cup greats like Geoff Bodine and Ken Schrader with Modified backgrounds would come in to take on the regulars.
