We have something in common. And if you’re confused, I got you. This is what’s known as ASMR, which stands for autonomous sensory meridian response. Some people experience little tingles, or the feeling of relaxation when they watch ASMR videos. It can be a little different for everyone. The funny thing is, not everyone “gets it” or receives the physical ASMR sisnations. In accompanied to the fact that ASMR can include a wide variety of creative “triggers,” that could make one person feel awesome, and make another person feel terrible, even angry. In short, what one person LOVES, another person could HATE. In my journey with ASMR, I have learned to accept that everyone likes something different. Doesn’t make them gross or weird.
