Big Rich Ran Every Machine in the Woodyard!

Third Generation in the Woodyard! | Father & Son Firewood Day at Willey’s Firewood Yesterday was a day I’ll never forget as we officially got the third generation outfitted for work in the woodyard. Today, I had the opportunity to work side-by-side with my son, “Big Rich,” and he showed me just how much he’s learned over the years by watching, helping, and putting in the work. From running the equipment to splitting and loading a full cord of firewood for a customer’s delivery, it was a proud moment to see the next generation stepping up with confidence. There’s something special about passing down knowledge that can’t be taught in a classroom—it’s earned through hard work, patience, and time spent together. Join us for another day at Willey’s Firewood as we process quality Maine firewood, move wood with our equipment, and keep customers stocked for the seasons ahead. And don’t miss what’s coming later this week… our brand-new firewood splitter is arriving, and we can’t wait to put it to work! If you enjoy firewood processing, chainsaws, heavy equipment, sawmills, and family-run businesses, make sure to subscribe and follow along. We’re just getting started! 👍 Like the video 💬 Leave a comment: Who taught you the skills you use today? 🔔 Subscribe so you don’t miss the new splitter reveal! #Firewood #FirewoodBusiness #WilleysFirewood #Chainsaw #WoodProcessor #FirewoodProcessing #Logging #HeavyEquipment #Maine #FamilyBusiness #CordOfWood #WoodYard #BlueCollar #NextGeneration #Homesteading
