TRIBUNJATIM.COM - Advocate David Tobing is suing two judges and the master of ceremonies (MC) who served in the MPR Four Pillars Quiz Competition (LCC) held in Pontianak, West Kalimantan, at the Central Jakarta District Court. The first judge sued is Dyastasita Widya Budi, the Head of the Constitutional Review Bureau of the MPR General Secretariat, as Defendant II. The next judge is Indri Wahyuni, the Head of the MPR Socialization Agency Secretariat, as Defendant III. Meanwhile, the MC of the competition is Shindy Lutfiana, Defendant IV. In his lawsuit, David claims the defendants' actions did not reflect the principles of professionalism and sportsmanship in competition. Furthermore, he claims they acted unfairly towards the participants during the competition. This incident went viral after the judges deemed an answer from a participant from SMAN 1 Pontianak incorrect. However, when another participant from SMAN 1 Sambas answered exactly as the Pontianak participant did, the judges deemed it correct. Then, a participant named Josepha Alexandra filed a protest with the judges, but it was ultimately rejected.
