Mix: 7 Cups all purpose flour 1/2/ teaspoon salt 2/3 cup sugar 3 1/2 teaspoons yeast Add: 10 tablespoons melted butter 2 cups lukewarm milk Mix all and knead until smooth. Let rise for about 1.5 hours. Roll dough, spread with butter, dust with additional sugar and cinnamon. Fashion into buns, wash with egg and sprinkle with pearl sugar. Let rise for 45 minutes. Bake at 450˚ F for 13 to 14 minutes.
