Wie baue ich einen Motor Rumpf auf?! | Golf 2 ABF 2L 16V Teil 15

How do I build an engine block?! | Golf 2 ABF 2L 16V Part 15 Hello everyone, In this longer but detailed video, I want to show you how I build the engine block consisting of the block, crankshaft, connecting rods, pistons, intermediate shaft, oil jets, bearing shells, oil pump, oil pan, sealing flanges, and bolts, and how to measure the bearing clearance with Plastigage. I'll also provide information on what to look for when building the engine and hope to show some people that it's not as complicated as you might imagine if you've never done it before. Regarding the oil jets, you have to check whether they're touching the piston, depending on the piston installed. On the ABF, the oil jet for piston 4 sits a good 8mm higher in the cylinder than the others, otherwise the crankshaft sprocket wouldn't have any space. Because the Wiseco pistons have a different design on the skirt and piston pin web, the piston hits the nozzle shortly before BDC. For me, it was enough to slightly and carefully bend the affected nozzle; with other piston combinations, it may also be necessary to modify the piston (all four). As with all things, there are many ways to achieve the goal. I'll show you how I do it and what I believe is right ;-) My Instagram profile:   / l3lackpitty   Have fun ;-)
