Vagus Nerve Yoga | 20 Minutes to Calm Your Nervous System
This is a gentle, follow-along practice that combines slow breathing, vagal toning, and yin yoga to help you settle out of stress, anxiety, or whatever intensity you've been experiencing in your days. Nothing fast, nothing forced — just a slow, steady downshift you can feel. We start with a few simple toning exercises to settle and communicate safety to the nervous system. Then we move into a handful of grounded yin holds — supported, unhurried, and easy on the body — so the settling has time to land. No experience needed, and you don't need any props. We finish with a gentle breathing exercise with extended exhalations. This one's for the evenings you can't switch off, the days that ran a little too fast, or any moment you want to feel a bit more at home in your body.
