Rolling Honda Fenders with a PRO! | RSX Type S Build

The Acura RSX build continues with a stressful but necessary modification! We’re rolling the rear Fenders to make more room for better wheel and tire fitment. Chris shows us how to roll fenders like a pro with some tips and trick. This is not your cousins baseball bat job. Enjoy! So why is fender rolling stressful? Well, you get one shot at this before it’s a body shop fix. Rolling fenders can cause paint to crack or even the fender to bulge or deform. If the paint cracks, the fender will rust or continue to chip and look horrible. This is very common in the Honda community and we’re trying to do better than that! Achieving the best wheel and tire fitment usually starts with rolling the fenders. Generally, Hondas need the rears rolled to run an aggressive wheel setup and the fronts can usually compensate with more camber. So should you DIY a fender rolling job? Depends, if you’re patient and use enough heat, you’ll probably be ok. I know I would get greedy and probably botch the fenders personally. So in short, have a pro roll your fenders or have a shop shave them for the best look. Nothing will make your wheel setup look worse than a janky fender above it!
