In 16 years they have built luxury homes, golf course, corporate offices, mixed developments and now they are having one of the largest mall in Malaysia. It's pretty obvious the team has done this before and they are applying what they learnt from Puchong in this new location. As for the project of Clio 2, I enjoyed the consistent design treatment and spacious interiors. Especially for the unit we checked out, what a luxury we can get within that budget. However, do take note on the orientation because on one side, it's all green from the adjacent education facility. On the other would be the highway so the noise level would be different. However, the architect tilt the building in accordance to the sun orientation. Although that created a lot of dynamism within the spaces, there are some peculiar spaces where I thought could be done better.
