Um novo mundo – Ocupação Lydia Hortélio (2019)
Regina Machado, a scholar of oral tradition, discusses the genuine, open, and curious nature of children. Stela Barbieri discusses this childlike openness to asking the most essential questions of human existence, while Gandhy Piorski presents the different ways children and adults see the world. Adelsin, in turn, explains the importance of children's culture in developing adults with preserved creative and learning capacities. Curated by Gandhy Piorski, Adelsin, and the Itaú Cultural team, in partnership with the Alana Institute, the Lydia Hortélio Occupation will be on display from July 20 to September 8, 2019.
