Based upon the Sun 73 Tai Chi Form this program is especially beneficial for all people especially those living with a long term health condition or those in recovery from illness or injury. You can learn this program as well as others in one of our tai chi classes and workshops. If you'd like to learn a #TaiChi or #TaiJiQuan form such as the Yang 24 or Sun 73 or #Chentaichi , then we teach these also. Philip has practiced tai chi and martial arts for over 34 years. In 2002 he survived a near fatal road accident where he suffer many injuries and the eventual #amputation of his right leg.
