Emma has been nominated for the EECE Excellence Awards – Cert III Trainee of the Year! After spending 10 years as a hairdresser and becoming a mum herself, Emma discovered a passion for supporting young children during their important early years. Watching her own children grow and develop inspired her to begin a new career in early childhood education. Working in our Babies Room, Emma loves providing sensory experiences that encourage children to explore the world around them through touch, sound, smell, and discovery, supporting their development through play-based learning. As she completes her Cert III qualification, Emma is excited to continue her professional journey by studying towards her Diploma and continuing to grow as an educator.
